Muhammad Riaz Chaudhry, Principal Consultant, is an Electrical engineer with more than 35 years of experience in electro-mechanical projects and plants, such as: Electrical Instrument Manufacturing; Cement Manufacturing; Chemical Plant; Petrochemical Plant Fertilizer Manufacturing; Captive Power Plant. With his vast experience in plant engineering, construction, commissioning, maintenance, operation and optimization in these industries, he brings to the firm a high level of value addition to its knowledge base and ready availability of expertise to the clients. He has been part of three mega green field projects– leading them in engineering, construction, commissioning, operation and optimization. He has worked as Responsible Electrical Engineer, Responsible Instrument Engineer and Design Authority as per ICI RCMS; Has conducted electrical audits nationally and internationally; He has done evaluation and due diligence of Zakladz Chemiczne Fertilizer Plant in Poland and Cement Plants in Pakistan; Projects stage reviews of Power Plants; Trouble shooting of electrical High Voltage, Medium Voltage and Low voltage distribution and generation system; His experience and skills include preparing FEDMs. He’s also a trained Hazard Study Leader and hazard analyst.

 

Irshad Salim, Adviser & Sr. Consultant, is a Civil engineering design and construction professional with over 37 years of experience in USA, Middle East and Pakistan. H has worked on Infrastructure, Heavy, Highway and Environmental projects such as: Bridges, Tunnels, Landfills, Landfill Capping, Waste Facilities, Pump Stations, Dams & Spillways, Earthwork, Trenchless Repairs, Biodegradable Tech, Heavy Concrete & Steel Structures, Pilings, Cofferdams and Groundwater Control, Remediation; His vast experience in design/build, cost estimating, costs and project audits, constructability reviews, value engineering, project management control, construction management, change & claims managements/settlement including undertaking engineered constructions , brings to the firm a high level of value addition to its knowledge base and ready availability of his expertise to the clients. He has been part of several green field and rehab projects, leading them in design reviews, costing, bidding, value engineering, construction, change & claim management, contract administration. He has hands-on experience in strategic control of project elements (SCOPE) aimed at achieving corporate business goals. He has also successfully provided turnaround management to several clients and to several projects overseas. Engr. Salim also conducts research, analysis, evaluation, due diligence and trainings and workshops.

 

Shabbir K. Hussain, Senior Consultant, is a Chemical Engineering professional with working experience in the country’s major Fertilizer and Petrochemical Industries. He has been a major player in ammonia plant debottlenecking, establishment of a new ammonia/urea train, relocation of a preowned ammonia plant, and commissioning and operation of a Petrochemical plant. He Has been part of three mega green field projects leading these from conceptual, contracting, engineering, construction, commissioning, operation and optimization. He has worked as team leader for a fertilizer plant guarantee test run. He has worked as Management Representative for ISO systems and is a trained HAZARD study leader. Mr. Hussain has carried out technical studies for an EDC/VCM/PVC and various derivatives for a Gulf client and developed HSE code for construction contractor for a steel manufacturing plant. His diversified experience and process industry background and Health & Safety trainings, workshops, audits, etc. He brings to the firm a high level of value addition to its knowledge base and ready availability of his expertise to the clients.
